TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Shipping

All orders received and paid before 12:00 noon Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. After 12:00 noon they will be processed on the next business day.

The price of the shipment includes 1 delivery attempt at the customer’s address. The second and subsequent attempts shall be at the customer’s expense. The transport company will leave a notification in case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt so that the customer can contact the company and arrange a new delivery attempt.

There is no telephone pre-advice prior to shipment, so please provide a delivery address where there are people on a regular basis, such as your place of work. This avoids many delays and subsequent formalities.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the cost may be increased by local taxes such as IGIC, which will be borne by the buyer.

Orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

For each product, the Terms and Conditions of Delivery established in each case shall be applicable. The user must take these Conditions into account.

The shipment of orders will be made by different transport companies. For any question related to the delivery or the conditions of the product, the user should contact Customer Service of ESTETICA ANTIEDAD JAVEA SL., by sending an email to clinica@momajavea.com, which will be answered as soon as possible.

Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. These days, as well as those affected by carrier or supplier strikes, shall not be counted for the purposes of delivery deadlines.

Returns

The user will have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days to return the product. The term shall be computed from the date of receipt of the order. To return your order, please send us an e-mail to the following address: clinica@momajavea.com. Only the price of the purchased product will be refunded. Shipping costs for each product will vary depending on the weight of the product and the shipping distance. To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included if applicable. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the customer, without any retention, never in a period exceeding thirty (30) days.

In case the product purchased by the user does not arrive in good condition, please send us an e-mail to the following address: clinica@momajavea.com within a period not exceeding 2 days from receipt of the product, so that ESTETICA ANTIEDAD JAVEA SL. manage the shipment of a new product, the collection of the one that has arrived in bad condition and the claim to the transport agency.

Warranty

Users of the MoMa Estetica Avanzada y Clinica Anti-aging store benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the products. Defects or flaws due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in this warranty.

The loss of functionality of the articles, due to the design limitations of the same, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

Taxes

Residents in the European Union

The prices of the products for sale in our e-commerce store include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Purchases made by VAT taxpayers (companies, entities, organizations…) with residence in the European Union and with an intra-community VAT number, will be exempt from VAT payment, being an essential condition to send this document by email to: clinica@momajavea.com

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Advance Payment:
    To book an appointment, a prepayment of 20 euros is required. This payment secures your space and is an integral part of the reservation process.

    2. Reservation Confirmation:
    Once payment is made, your appointment will be confirmed. You will receive a confirmation via the means of communication you have provided (e-mail, text message, etc.).

    3. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: If you need to cancel your appointment and you do so more than 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded the advance payment of 20 euros or you may choose to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
    Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will lose the advance payment of 20 euros, as it is non-refundable. This measure is taken to cover opportunity costs and the time reserved for your appointment.

    4. No Show:
    In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the advance payment of 20 euros is non-refundable. Failure to show up for an appointment or showing up 15 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation.

    5. Reprogramming:
    Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance: You may reschedule your appointment without losing your prepayment, as long as the rescheduling request is made more than 24 hours in advance.
    Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice: It will be considered as a late cancellation, and the advance payment of 20 euros will be forfeited. A new appointment will require a new prepayment.

    6. Exceptions:
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergency or extraordinary events, we will evaluate the possibility of refunding the prepayment or rescheduling the appointment at no additional cost. This evaluation will be made on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of management.

    7. Contact for Cancellations and Rescheduling:
    To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us through our customer service phone number, 636 872 302 between the hours of 10am – 6pm Monday through Friday on business days. Be sure to provide your full name and the date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel or reschedule.
